New Orleans Screaming stop the violence for a few days won't do a thing! Learn how to forgive and forget and Let go and Let GOD!

Here's a little history of New Orleans

Much of the population in early days was of the wildest and, in part, of the most undesirable character: deported galley slaves (prisoners), trappers(A person engaged in the selling and/or distribution of Cocaine.), gold-hunters and city scourings(Thee lowest rank in society, often plural); and the governors' letters are full of complaints regarding the riffraff sent as soldiers as late as Kerlerec's administration

These were the people who helped to build our city and populate it. So it's no wonder so many murders and crimes through out history have gone on. However today we still are the same people but more intense. Some may say no they don't have any evidence of the dark history/reality of our city in their bloodline but how can you not if history itself tells who built where you live! It's in us! The french wicked ways and spanish selfish ways along with black people who were confused and misguided and then the italians who were just as confused as the africans somewhere in your blood it's in you! Get over it!

Now the issue at hand. The murders happening today. When back then it wasn't so easy to "get away with murder", today it is! Im not blaming anyone in particular i am simply about to share my opinion. Feel free to comment.

If you see someone murder somebody in broad daylight with no mask on what do you do? If your answer is nothing i feel sorry for your soul. You are apart of the problem! The fact that you would sit there and allow another individual to take the life of another as if he/she is God and do nothing about it makes you just as much as fault as the person who commits the crime. If that person saw you and comes back to kill you later you have no one to blame but yourself because you didn't say anything and could have saved the lives of others by putting a murderer behind bars.

Are you a police officer? Some may say you are brave. Some may say you are a hero. Some may call you "them people". Some may say your a d**k. My question to you is are you fair when it comes to the streets are do you just follow the "proper protocol" which is everyone is guilty until proven innocent? Instead of the law everyone is innocent until proven guilty. If in your mind at this very moment you are the first one then you are apart of the problem too! There are many people who are incarcerated over traffic tickets while murderers, robbers, rappist, serial killers, dope boys and maniacs walk amongst us everyday. Your to busy fighting the true citizens who work for a living and picking on tourist and celebrities to have time to focus on the real crime. If you all take the stand for justice and help the people of New Orleans feel safe, people will come forward and report more crimes without being afraid that if they say something you will leak it to the streets and that person or someone in their family will be killed. Instead of waiting on the highway to see whose speeding, you should patrol the neighborhoods and find out whose who and stop the nonsense before innocent people get hurt. Like babies babies of our future, mothers of our young, youth with good hearts and sound minds. It's really not that hard to be brave. You took the oath as a cop so do your job and be one! Stop being weak and taking the easy way out just so you can meet a quota! Yes i said it.

Are you a person who grew up in the hood? Yeah well me too! So drop the excuse of "thats just how i am". Nobody  is just like that. It's a choice to be mean, hateful, a thief or murderer. Just like we all have the choice to forgive and forget! Let go and let God! You will finds that works much better than putting your friends and family business on the streets because your mad. Much better than hitting the person you once loved so dearly or worse killing them. Much better than cursing or fighting with random people who you know nothing about! You all give anger to much power over your lives. It's just a simple emotion that is easy to control! How do i know? Because i am one who has done it! I used to be like you had to let everyone know they better not even think about playing with me OR ELSE! That's not me anymore. I grew up. I'm a mother and i have a lot to live for. Even if i weren't a parent then i still have family that loves me and friends so why would i constantly on purpose put myself in danger? That's stupid and weak and you need to get some sense.

Are you taking drugs? Do your drugs consume your mind? Everybody goes through things in life. If you suffer with depression, anger, fear or anything bad, you should seek psychiatric help. It's not a bad thing! Stop letting people make it seem like it's the worst thing in the world to know what's wrong with you. We are all from New Orleans so chances are 9 out of 10 something is mentally wrong with you. Now wether you can learn to conquer it on your own or with help is for you to determine. Drugs are not the way. They are not even a temporary fix! In fact they make you illness get worse! Your putting poison in your blood and neurons to convince yourself that you don't feel the way you feel and in turn your only getting worse as time goes on. Think about it. If you've been in jail multiple times even just for traffic tickets how many people are in there in the holding cells are high? Then when they come down they wish for the life of them that whatever they did wouldn't have happened. Nobody in their right mind wants to be in a cage and told what to do and how to live. We are already being controlled by the government. So the little freedom we do have we would like to keep. Chances are your family members are begging you to stop for various reasons and you won't. If you love them you would listen because they are only saying stop because they love you deeply.

Are you a gang banger or a person who supplies the dope boy with his money to get supplies? You think you hands are clean? Guess what God sits high and looks low. Just because the law may not know of you and what you do he does and it doesn't sit well. Just because your not out here putting the drugs in the hands of a kid or man who could be our next president doesn't make you any better then the one who does. Just because you aren't the actual trigger man who killed the man you put a "hit" on doesn't mean your not a murderer. Your just as bad as the guy you send to do your dirty work. So when you sit there in your nice house with your nice job, car, family remember somewhere your destroying somebody else's dreams, life, family and community. Don't be surprised if it back fires on you either. Statistics show that suppliers usually get the heat when it comes down to. So when your family is wondering why this happened to you people like me usually know why this happened all of a sudden, just out of the blue. Think before you chase fast money. Instead of supplying the streets give them job opportunities! Start a business, invest in someone school years, give a family a car who has no transportation. Do something positive and watch how many others follow! It's that simple! As for those who are out here in the streets what goes around comes around. So while you may feel like a king at this very moment it will only last for so long. If you have kids you owe it to them to live. The people who love you deserve better than to find you dead on arrival. Wake  up.

Screaming stop the violence for a day or even week and justice for this and that until it's just a memory won't stop a thing! The true change comes from within. Being able to let go and let God and forgive and forget is the way to change our communities period. Stop letting simple emotions control you! Be a strong individual and lead by example. Material things come and go. Love last forever even when your gone. Cherish the moments you have with your loved ones because you never know when it's their time to go.

This is all I'm saying for the present time but i will touch on this subject again pretty soon!

Will it ever end? Will you stand with me? Change with me? Grow with me?
